The account types are divided into: company account, department account, employee account, and personal account. The functions and responsibilities of each account are different. See the following for details:

Company account: can log in to the background management system, have the management department account, the employee account authority; can purchase the number, recharge account, number management, address book management, SMS management, call record management and other operations.

Department account: You can log in to the background management system, have the authority to manage employee accounts, cannot purchase numbers, recharge accounts, but manage and assign numbers, address book management, SMS management, call record management, etc.

Employee account: You can log in to manage your own address book, SMS record, call record, etc. in the background; log in to the App and Web version to make calls and send text messages.

Personal account: You can log in to manage your own address book, SMS record, call record, recharge account, purchase number, and log in to App and Web version to make calls and send text messages.
