Ant Tone, Inc. ("AntTone", "us", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains our privacy practices and provides information on how and why we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our websites, available at www.anttone.com, and its sub-domains ("Website"), our mobile application ("App") or use our unified cloud communications and collaboration platform ("Plan Services"). The Privacy Policy also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information.
Information which you provide to us
We collect information which our customers and users provide directly to us when they use our Website, App or Plan Services. The types of personal information we may collect directly from customers and users include names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, employee names, usernames, information about the type of service required, marketing preferences, job titles, credit card payment information, transactional information (including Plan Services purchased), contact or information customers choose to provide for us to undertake the Plan Services, as well as any information customers provide when they communicate with our sales or customer support teams.

Location information – We collect, async and transmiss Location Information to enable sending accurate Location in the chatRoom.

If you make a request to access your personal information, we may charge you a fee where permitted by applicable law. If you ask us to delete your specific personal information, we will honor this request unless deleting that information prevents us from carrying out necessary business functions or legal obligations, like billing for our services; calculating taxes; troubleshooting, detecting, preventing, and investigating spam, fraudulent activity, and network exploits and abuse; conducting required audits; fulfilling law enforcement requests; or comply with legal obligations. Additionally, we may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Unsubscribe from our mailing list
You may at any time ask us to remove you from our mailing list by sending us an email at support@anttone.com or by visiting or by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any e-mail communications or push notification we send you. We will remove you from our mailing list in accordance with applicable laws.
To request that your phone number be removed from future sales calls, please email support@anttone.com.

AntTone does not provide products or services that are designed for use by children under the age of 13, or knowingly collect personal information from or about children under the age of 13.
